LOW 262 R5 EF But weakly struck as usual with some scattered light marks. Leverett & Thomas Circular Saws, New York. Very scarce merchant usually seen weakly struck and in very low grades, not quite as nice as the EF that sold for $507 in my September 2007 sale. From the Ron Ward collection. HT287 (300-400)
