A. D. SWEETSIR. on the obverse of an 1855 Seated Liberty Quarter. Alvin D. Sweetsir has been attributed to Scarborough Maine VF coin VG. I believe this is only the second known example on a silver coin as most of his make occur on Large Cents. (75-100)
