McClellan Maj. Gen. Geo. B. McClellan. Born Dec. 3. 1826 (around military bust left) // United States Army Liberty and Union Issued 1863 (with banner, eagle and shield above flags and cannon.  Both sides are signed Merriam.  Silvered White Metal MS62 or a bit better 10% Bright with beautiful lightly toned and nearly Proof Like reverse.  In a NGC holder graded MS62.  GMcC 1864-13 (200-300)
