MILLER PA 395                    AU       The number 11 is engraved on the reverse for use as an admission ticket.  Philadelphia Museum Charles Wilson Peale Founder Incorporated 1821 Admit The Bearer.  Designed by Christian Gobrecht and struck at the US Mint around 1830.  This rare variety has a blank area for engraving the owner's name or number rather than Admit The Bearer as seen on the more common PA 398.  Julian UN-22, Rulau Early PA 395.
