MILLER NY  138                   EF+     Trace Bright with traces of original Silvering mainly on the obverse around chair and some letters.  David C. Buchan Curled Maple and Fancy Chairs, New York with vintage chair pictured.  Rare in Silvered Brass, just the third I have seen offered, now listed in the pre Hard Times section as R7.  Formerly Low 225.  Quite rare this nice, a EF+ example of the unplated NY 239 sold for $440 in my June 2011 sale.  Rulau-E NY 138.
