LOW 398A R8 AU+ 30% Bright and Full Gilt plating but counterstamped with two tiny but detailed pseudo hallmarks of an eagle and a head on obverse and reverse. The surfaces are raised opposite the counterstamps. Isaac Barton & Co., Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Very scarce with reeded edge, likely overrated at R8 but Unlisted and possibly unique with these counterstamps. HT385A (300-400)
