LOW 130Aa  R8       EF       But with many light scratches.  J. M. L. & W. H. Scovill Button Manufacturer, Waterbury Connecticut.  Stuck with a reeded edge and as such only the second example I have seen offered, a holed EF with tiny rim nicks sold for $341 in my May 2001 sale.  The plain edge variety is also very rare at R7 and missing from many major collections offered, there are only seven examples recorded in my data base. HT107a (750-1,000)
