RI700C-4b     R8       MS63  60% Bright.  Charnley, Providence Rhode Island.  Rare mule with Dobson reverse struck in Brass.  The first example I have seen offered, an MS64 example of this die combination stuck in German Silver realized $803 in my March 2010 auction.  In a NGC holder graded MS63.  Ex. G. Fuld and E. Rosen collections. (750-1,000)
