NY 95D-8do R9 MS65 50% Bright struck over an 1863 Copper Nickel Indian Head Cent. T. Ivory Billiard Saloon , Brooklyn New York. Very rare Brooklyn Over Cent, one of only two listed and the first I have seen offered. A nice example with much undertype visible. In a NGC holder graded MS65. From the Bryon Kanzinger collection.
