IN630A-13a R5 NGC MS64 BN. H. D. Higgins Jeweler & Optician Mishawaka, Ind. Periscopic Spectacles with image of a pair of glasses. Higgins was also a die sinker for a number of interesting tokens often referred to as Indiana Primitives. Rarely seen in Uncirculated condition, we sold another NGC MS64 BN, the Tanenbaum example, on eBay in May of 2016 for $890. From the Wayne Stafford collection earlier from Chuck Kirtley October 1998.
