Lanphear Manufacturer Of Metalic Cards Cincinnati with popular reverse featuring Saddle reverse die 1341. One of the most active makers of Civil War tokens and the extensive series of their own store cards with different stock reverses, nearly all very rare, were likely used as sales men's samples of the wares. From the Q. David Bowers, James Hotel and George Fuld collection in a special PCGS holder with Dave's picture and facsimile signature.
