468 - ADMIT / TO / WOOD'S / MINSTRELS / 444 Bd WAY / NY on the obverse and reveres of a 1778 Spanish Two Real NGC G6 Coin GOOD, counterstamp a bold EF. These counterstamped 2 Reals were used as 25 Cent admission tickets to H. Wood's minstrels and Ethiopian band that performed at 444 Broadway from 1855 to 1857 when they move to 561 & 563 Broadway and instead issued struck silver tokens to serve as admission.
