917 - AL 1860-87A Ferrotype Raw EF Case with some resides on the Hamlin side where the case comes together, Lincolns photo is fairly bright and crisp with a few scratches while Hamlin's is darker with some ripples and tiny raised areas. Holed for suspension. Popular larger 30mm Brass Shell with candidate's photos labeled Abraham Lincoln and Hannibal Hamlin respectively. This type of Ferrotype is affectionately known a Doughnut because of the rounded doughnut like shape that surrounds the photos. (750-1000)
