890 - MILLER PA 569A Raw MS64 Nearly Proof Like. Chas. K. Warner Dealer In American & Foreign Coins 326 Chestnut St., Philadelphia with Long May It Wave flag reverse struck in Copper with Plain edge using an oversized Bank of Montreal Half Penny as a planchet and thought to be Unique as such. The strike is so bold that the central portions of the undertype are not present but there is much lettering visible on and near the rims. This die combination was only listed in Brass in Adams and Miller. We sold a Raw MS62 example of a normally struck Copper piece for $225 in our February 2014 auction.
