289 - 153/282 a R8 NGC MS65 RB 70% Red and nearly Proof Like. Benjamin Franklin 1863 with unusual eagle flying with broken neck struck in Copper. Both dies are rare, the only example we have seen in Copper. We sold a Raw MS63 example of the seemingly more available R9 White Metal variety in our December 2017 sale that brought $2,750. From the Mark Glazer, Steve Tanenbaum and Michael Zeddies collections. (4000-6000)
