105 - NY630 G-2b R10 PCGS AU50 A strong, even and well centered strike. I. W. Blain 1862 15 Cents, 16 & 18 Fulton Market New York with blank reverse. Exceedingly rare merchant and the key to a New York merchant set. Though listed as R10 and thought until recently to be Unique a Raw AU Details with center hole and many light marks was discovered and sold on eBay in October 2016 realizing $4,206.56. From the Steve Tanenbaum collection earlier from Rich Rossa September 1997. (8000-12000)
