76 - MI280E-2a R9 PCGS MS63 BN A. Schmitz Crockery & Paints, East Saginaw Michigan with picture of vintage plow. Very rare custom reverse die 1458 with period after Crockery and different spacing. Likely the finest of just four known. We sold the Cliff Temple specimen, an NGC XF45 BN, on eBay in July 2020 for $267.85. From the Dave Bowers collection, earlier from Rossa and Tanenbaum. (500-750)
