36 - IN357A-1a R9 PCGS MS63 BN Trace Red on both sides. Alexander R. Brattin Jeweler, Greencastle Indiana with Pocket Watch reverse die. Formerly listed under Cleveland Ohio as OH175B-1a, current research has moved it to the Single Merchant Town of Greencastle Indiana. The only example of this merchant we have seen offered in recent years was the NGC MS63 R10 -2d example from the Bleviss collection that brought a strong $12,075 in Stack's March 2010 sale. This was at a time when it was still thought to be a very rare merchant rather than a very rare town, Though Stack's online catalog did speculate about the tokens eventual new home.
