578 - HT-Unlisted Raw FINE+ J. C. Kelsey G 6 � Cts struck in Brass, 18mm. Unlisted Hard Times era merchant very similar to the listed S. Feather Norristown Pennsylvania and J. Nicolls Philadelphia. A three have the mysterious G proceeding the denomination and all three were issued in the relatively odd 6 � denomination (half bit) the S. Feather also being known as 12 �. This piece is still not attributed to a specific business though Steve Tanenbaum noted "1830 Census Huntington" PA? on his holder.
