A tavern in Philadelphia Pennsylvania was located at the NE corner of Jefferson Avenue and Federal Street in the 1860's. A very impressive counterstamp of possible Civil War vintage. From the Q. David Bowers collection earlier from PCAC's May 1985 sale. (300-400)
