329 - OH557A-1a R7 Raw MS64 60% Red. John Frank One Half Pint Of Milk struck in Copper. Long attributed to Cincinnati Ohio as OH165AY-1a current research has placed the Frank dairy in Mill Creek Township of rural Hamilton County, Ohio and it is so listed in the new Store Card book. We sold a NGC MS64 example of the somewhat rare R8 -2b variety for $950 in our January 2016 sale. From the Mark Bendett collection, removed from an ANACS holder as OH165AY-1a MS64 RB. (1000-1500)
