307 - OH165EB-8a Unlisted Raw UNC Details With linear obverse planchet flaw and other obverse planchet roughness. H. Niebuhr Wine & Beer Saloon 223 Central Avenue, Cincinnati Ohio. A very unusual mint error having the incused image of the reverse of a Indian Cent. The obverse is unimpaired aside from the planchet anomalies and there is no sign of a struck reverse beneath the incused reverse. This merchant has a number of odd mint errors including a -6a full obverse brockage and -7a a reverse Cent brockage over the normal 1295 die both listed as Unique. There is a different example of the present token without the planchet flaws that brought $400 in our March 1998 sale. (400-500)
