Listed on the NGC holder as PA-223/PA-217 an understandable choice given Rulau's confusing listings and poorly placed photos for this merchant, we choose to use Adams and Millers listings. We sold a NGC MS62 RB in our January 2016 sale for $115. From the Mark Cramer collection. (500-750)
