Description
190 - IL150AIa-1b R9 Raw EF+ Klare & Friedrick's Billiard Hall struck in Brass with pool cues and balls pictured. Formerly listed as SNL-2a, should have been listed as Brass not Copper as all known. examples are Brass. Current research shows that this business was located in Chicago during the war and it has now been listed as such in the new 3rd edition of the Civil War Store Card book. One of just three examples we have seen offered. We sold a Raw EF Detail with a few very light marks for $1,300 in our June 2013 sale. From the Alan Bleviss collection. (1500-2000)
