143 - 241A/417 A g R10 Raw VG Details Very corroded. Union Forever in script around a Monitor with stars on reverse struck in Lead. Unique for composition and one of just four known of all three compositions. The other three are relatively nice so this is the only affordable example. This is the Plate token for the current Bowers book. An NGC MS64 but weakly struck Copper example sold for $8,812.50 in Heritage's July 2016 sale. From the Steve Tanenbaum, Georg Fuld and Julius Guttag collections August 1976. (500-750)
