75 - 510/510A e R9 NGC MS66 80% Bright. Stephen A. Douglas / Presidents House struck in White Metal. Exceedingly rare composition for the Wealth of the South series, a raw MS64 example of 508/510A e brought $2,000 in our December 2005 auction and this very token brought a very reasonable $1,300 in our July 2012 sale at which time it was raw and graded MS63. From the Robert Williams and Henry South collections earlier from our July 2012 and Kirtley's June 1990 auctions. (2000-3000)
