Volunteers Entered Service Sept (Masonic symbol) 13.. 1862 punched into the partially blank form on reverse. Listed as stock tag Washington 3C in Maier and Stahl's book on Identification Discs of Union Soldiers in the Civil War. Brass 32mm. (750-1000)
