826 - MILLER NY 1028B MS64 20% Bright. A. C. Yates Clothing Store, Syracuse New York with well dressed portly old man in spectacles holding a placard for the store struck in Brass with a Plain edge. From a completely unlisted obverse die signed J. E. ELLIS. at base of obverse. An important new discovery, one of just two known. In a NGC holder graded MS64 but called NY 1028A in error. (400-500)
