253 - NY630CC-2a R10 MS60 Details 20% Red struck on a damaged and / or defective planchet. Washington Market Exchange with pictorial of Turkey. Very rare variety with FREEDOM reverse die number 1245. Though thought to be Unique another example was in the Steve Tanenbaum collection, interestingly it also had problems. From the Norm Peters collection. (300-400)
