191 - MI615A-3d R9 MS63 10% Bright. J. W. Phelps & Co. Drugs and Medicines, Mason Michigan struck in Copper Nickel. Very scarce single merchant town and very rare variety, the only example we have seen offered. From the Cliff Temple collection from James Kelly November 21st 1941 at the cost of $1.50. In a NGC holder graded MS63. (1000-1500)
