ME A-25N R9 EF With light reverse scratch. C. W. Bans 6th Maine Battery Good For 25 Cents signed Koehler and struck in Nickel. Very are state for Sutler Token and along with West Virginia are the keys to a one per state set. This variety is not pictured in Schenkman and he notes he had not seen a specimen. One of just four known. From the Henry South collection earlier from Steve Tanenbaum 11/12/1992. (6,000-8,000)
