106 - Civil War Soldiers ID Tag Raw EF+ Holed for suspension with 40% original gilt remaining mostly on the struck side. War of 1861 United States with N. A. Kendall Rockingham. VT. Co H 15th Reg. NH. V punched into the blank reverse. Listed as stock tag Eagle 5A in Maier and Stahl's book on Identification Discs of Union Soldiers in the Civil War. Brass 28mm. Newall A. Kendall enlisted as a private 9/13/62 at the age of 31 and was mustered out 8/13/63. (750-1000)
