Pre Civil War Post Hard Times 1850's token Miller / Rulau NY 802 NGC MS65 RB with 30% original red mint luster mostly on the obverse and attractive toning on each side.  Daguerreotype Materials 57 Maiden Lane NY Scovill Manufacturing Co. Dauguerreotype Goods Manufacturers Of Roll Brass German – Silver Plate Metal Gilt Buttons Brass Butts & Plateware & c. & c. & c. struck in Copper.  Scovill was also a token maker and was responsible for most of the 1850’s tokens as well as many Civil War era tokens.  From the Steve Tanenbaum collection earlier from Richard Gross.
