Description

PA750E-3e R9 MS63 40% Bright mint luster with many interesting die cracks on the obverse.  The reverse while toned is not nearly as dark as the photo suggests and has very nice cartwheel luster. M. F. Beirn Magnolia Hotel, Philadelphia struck in White Metal with exceedingly rare Franklin reverse die 1150A without Benjamin Franklin spelled out. This is the only example we have recorded. This is the current Fuld Plate token for this reverse die. From the Steve Tanenbaum, Spencer Radnich, Ray Byrne, Jon Harris, George Fuld and J. N. T. Levick collections. In a NGC holder graded MS63, though called PA750E-3a in error.
